Working with Think HQ, The TAC turned everyday hairdressing salon appointments into meaningful road safety conversations, using these trusted spaces to address the importance of seatbelts. Backed by strong local partnerships, earned media and a social-first media strategy, the initiative transformed behavioural science into practical, human moments. The campaign scaled from chairs and mirrors to a statewide conversation, delivered in 10 languages, reaching more than 10, 000 salon visits and connecting with 3.4 million people through earned media.
